At ElecMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@elecmart.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including opened software, damaged items due to misuse, and products purchased during clearance sales. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we'll arrange this at no additional cost if the exchange is within 30 days of purchase.
